Marinated Piedmont Eggs

МАРИНОВАННЫЕ ЯЙЦА ПО – ПЬЕМОНТСКИ

Ingredients:

6 hard boiled eggs or 12 quail eggs
1 cup chopped parsley
1 head of garlic, peeled, chopped
4 Tbsp tomato paste
6 anchovy fillets, chopped
500 ml Olive Oil
2 Tbsp vinegar
2 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 Chili pepper, seeds removed
1/2 tsp sugar

How to make Piedmont Eggs: 
Add chopped parsley, garlic and anchovies to a container, add tomato paste, olive oil and whisk together.
Add eggs to a ceramic or glass container, pour the marinade over, close the container and place in the fridge overnight.
Serve eggs, pouring the marinade over with a crusty baguette.
