Greek Yogurt w/ Granola & Blueberry

Do you eat breakfast? or do you skip it wishing that you didn’t? I am really bad with my breakfasts. I tend to forget about eating breakfast until it’s lunch time. If I don’t eat late at night, I never feel hungry enough to go through trouble of making something, in the morning. So this is my effort of fixing the bad habit. I really like Greek yogurt, be it with a spoon of honey, jam or just a sprinkle of berries. This time I went with granola and blueberry compote and let me tell ya, it was delicious!

To make this gluten free, just omit the granola or use oatmeal granola.

    Greek yogurt/honey/fresh fruit/almonds is one of my favorite snack combos.

      I think I am more of a ‘ I’ll pass on breakfast to eat lunch’ but I am trying to change my bad habit to begin with)))
