Farfalle w/ Turkey & Veggies

This is one of those dinners that will go in the “dinner in 30 minutes” folder, as well as ‘healthy’, or ‘not so bad for ya’ folder. Nothing fancy, in fact, pretty primitive, but oh so delicious! Turkey is pretty lean and vegetables give this dish vibrancy and color. My sister brought this over a couple of days ago and I was reminded once more that all good things are simple! I love it when my dear sister drops in with some food, because not only am I glad to see her, but it also means that I do not have to cook! Win, win, for me 😀

If you’re not watching your figure, use cream to give the dish some added flavor and creaminess. If you are, just replace it with water, to help cook the broccoli & bell peppers.
