Cheesy Potato Gratin
Cheesy Potato Gratin – it’s cheesy, it’s crispy, it’s melt-in-your-mouth tender, it’s unbelievable. Unbelievable how a splash of cream & a sprinkling of cheese can bring ordinary potatoes into something extraordinary. I think this dish has the potential to do more than just satisfy hunger for something gourmet. It has the potential to make any novice cook look like a chef, because it’s so delicious no one will guess a 5 year old could’ve put this together.
